Eric Dyer

Eric Dyer is a Tenderloin based artist, poet, and creator of zines. They have exhibited in venues around San Francisco, most recently at the Tilden Hotel, and they also publishes zines and small books featuring their original artwork and poetry, which can be purchased at Fleet Wood SF. Eric is a strong supporter of the Tenderloin community and regularly donates pieces to the annual auctions for the Coalition on Homelessness and Hospitality House.

Eric’s piece is titled I Love You and There’s Absolutely Nothing You Can Do About It. In true poet fashion, Eric describes their mural in prose:

“Hope can be elusive. It is not something given to us,
it is a feeling
we must create for ourselves
and inspire in each other.
Walk around. Search the city!
Find your friends; find hope.”
